Known as one of the most prominent establishments in North-eastern Italy, they know exactly how to pair their wine to their people, and I’m here to give a lowdown on what works.

Glera and Pinot: two top-class grapes that come together in a Prosecco that tastes of rose blossom and red fruits, which are spring in a glass!

Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC
An ample and delicate Pinot Grigio, with an intriguing freshness, a distinctive characteristic of all Tenuta Sant’Anna’s white wines, that makes it easy to be enjoyed and extremely versatile.
It’s amazing as an accompaniment to vegetables and salads, light spaghetti dishes, or asparagus salad with quinoa.
